Metals and Alloys International Ltd was formed to trade ferro titanium & titanium alloys by Graham Mee & Richard Dajczak.

2005
Cronimet Ferrolef.Gmbh has aquired a controlling stake of 60% in Metals and Alloys International, making it a subsidiary of the former.
2014
Aaron James and Graham Mee joined forces to establish Metals and Alloys UK with a primary focus on recycling titanium alloys, producing ferro titanium, and trading in noble alloys.
2015
Metals and Alloys International Ltd has regained its indpendence by purchasing back the controlling stake from Cronimet Ferrolef Gmbh.
2017
The construction of a state-of-the-art facility for ferro titanium production, as well as warehousing and sorting facilities, is currently underway in Telford, UK.
2018
A new head office for Metals and Alloys UK has been opened in Sheffield,UK.
2018
Metals and Alloys UK has proudly joined the International Titanium Association (ITA).
2023
The shares of Graham Mee have been bought back by Metals and Alloys UK. Having completed a successful 8 year tenure on the board, Graham Mee departs as a valued contributor to the company’s accomplishments.
