Metals and Alloys UK Ltd was formed by Aaron James and Graham Mee – focusing on the recycling of Titanium alloys and trading of Noble Alloys and assisting the Ferro Titanium business.

Metals and Alloys International Ltd becomes independent (MBO).

New Ferro Titanium production plant, warehousing and sorting facilities is under construction at Telford, UK.

Metals and Alloys UK Ltd open a new Head Office in Sheffield, UK.
